These sites assemble communities which share a distinct special interest, making them ideally suited for targeted marketing campaigns, and real estate blogs are noexception. These groups represent billions of dollars of potential consumer revenue. As well, the ability to reach these groups without cost amounts to millions saved in traditional advertising budgets. If utilized properly, these tools can broaden marketing scope, reinforce product branding and hasten communication between business and client. Furthermore, the ease of interaction between professionals and their clients in this media make it better suited to provide approachability, feedback and testimonials. This leaves the client with a better overall experience, making them more likely to spread the word about you and your listings on their own blog posts, furthering your marketing efforts. In this manner, social media is offering real estate marketing an edge found nowhere else.
